Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic components in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
